PayPal to QBO
Convert your PayPal Activity CSV to a QuickBooks-ready .QBO in under a minute.
Step-by-step
- 1In PayPal, go to Activity → Download and choose CSV, All transactions.
- 2Upload the CSV here — we auto-detect Date, Name, and Amount.
- 3Pick Checking account type, confirm the date format (usually MM/DD/YYYY), and preview.
- 4Download the .QBO and import into QuickBooks (Banking → File Upload).

Tips
- Fees appear as separate negative rows — this is correct behavior.
- If your export uses DD/MM/YYYY, change the date format on the mapping screen.
